Frequently Asked

Answers, up front.

A few of the questions we hear most often. Anything not covered here is welcome in your inquiry.

01

How do I send my files?

Once your inquiry is approved, WTG will share a private upload link. Most artists send files via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive, whatever is easiest for you.

02

What file formats do you accept?

WAV files are strongly preferred (24-bit, 44.1kHz or higher). Stems are encouraged for mixing and features. Please include tempo (BPM) and key when possible.

03

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, scoped during your inquiry. Additional revisions can be added if needed and are quoted honestly.

04

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

WTG personally reviews every inquiry. We'll follow up to discuss scope, timeline, and creative direction before anything is scheduled.

05

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes. Mixing, mastering, release preparation, and creative consultation are often combined into a single tailored engagement.

06

How long does a project usually take?

Turnaround depends on scope and current studio schedule. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins so there are no surprises.

07

Do you work with artists outside of Georgia?

Yes. WTG works with artists remotely worldwide. Live performances outside the Atlanta area are quoted individually.

08

When is payment due?

Payment terms are outlined during the inquiry stage. Most engagements require a deposit to secure your slot, with the balance due before final delivery.
